Greetings! Welcome to our fitness blog. Here, we will be discussing all things fitness-related, but through the perspective of a high school student. All of our knowledge thus far is attributed to the experiences we’ve had trying to get fit.

For as long as I could remember, I was always eating junk food. Pizza, Chinese take out, and burgers. Eventually, I realized that my unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise were beginning to show, physically, mentally and emotionally. I felt lethargic and tired, and I lost confidence. I decided that instead of going on a diet, I would change my lifestyle permanently. I began to eat clean, exercise more, and pay much closer attention to calories and macros. This was almost a year and a half ago, and since then I have dropped nearly 17 pounds.
I hope to share my findings and experiences with others, so that it will motivate and educate the world on being fit.
This health journey of mine has just begun. If I can do it, you can do it too.
For all my life, I’ve been the chubby kid. Even when I was born, my mom told me that I was a really, really big baby. I played sports, but when I quit, I decided that I had to take control of my own health. That decision was what started my fitness journey. It’s always a struggle, but I’m working at better myself day by day.
Throughout my life, staying in shape has always been the biggest struggle for me. I’ve always been the fat kid that would be the center and target of jokes. One day, I decided enough was enough and decided to begin my journey to a healthier lifestyle. Even though I’m still not 100 % comfortable with myself, and my journey has been filled with struggles and obstacles, I’m still working hard everyday to make myself look and feel better than the day before.
