What is a bad idea, in terms of fitness? Is it eating a doughnut or fried chicken every week? Is it running on a treadmill at a 2.0 MPH pace? Nope, it’s none of these things. The worst idea you could do is absolutely nothing. Sitting on your butt all day, using a computer and playing videogames is the most counterproductive thing you could do to yourself. You make no gains or progress from this lifestyle, and it promotes eating junk food 24/7. Your fitness level and long term health declines dramatically, and you eventually become a sedentary couch potato.
