Why Should I Work Out?

Lifting WeightsWhy should I work out?  Why should I invest 1 hour a day at the gym, for 3 days a week, lifting iron?  Why should I put myself through the pain and soreness just for aesthetics?  Well, because, lifting weights is just not all about aesthetics and looking good; it’s about evolving and innovating yourself as a person. When you workout and diet, you are changing your mentality, physique, and habits. You are making yourself a better and improved person, and setting a tone for the rest of your life. Similarly, for our innovation project, we are looking to innovate and create a project either from scratch or brand new, and evolving that project to make it as good as possible. With that project, we are trying to improve ourselves as learners, and maybe even the community as a whole.
